摘要
介绍了贵溪冶炼厂硫酸车间的制酸工艺流程,为降低制酸二系统排放尾气的SO_(2)总量,通过对转化工序、活性焦脱硫工艺、有机胺脱硫工艺和应急液碱喷淋脱硫工艺在运行过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出了相应的优化和改进措施。改进措施实施后,制酸二系统运行更平稳,排放尾气中SO_(2)平均质量浓度约为150 mg/m^(3),全年SO_(2)排放总量达到控制指标,为装置长周期稳定运行提供了保障。
The process flow of sulphuric acid production in the sulphuric acid plant of Guixi Smelter is introduced.In order to reduce the total amount of SO_(2) in the tail gas discharged from the second system of sulphuric acid production,the corresponding optimization and improvement measures are put forward by analyzing the problems existing in the operation process of conversion process,activated coke desulfurization process,organic amine desulfurization process and emergency liquid alkali spray desulfurization process.After the implementation of the improvement measures,the operation of the second acid production system is more stable,the average mass concentration of SO_(2) in the exhaust gas is about 150 mg/m^(3),and the total amount of SO_(2) emission throughout the year reaches the control index,which also provides a guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the unit.
