摘要
随着国家高速铁路和城市轨道交通的快速发展,轨道交通装备的维修体制也在日益更新,现在已从传统的故障修和凭借经验制定的预防性维修,逐渐向状态修这种以可靠性为中心的维修体制迈进。目前,国内部分企业已经开始对高速动车组的失效数据进行分析研究,以此来指导动车组的修程修制的优化和设计改进。但是,对于新造和高级修中记录的造修数据的利用还处于初步探索甚至是空白阶段。本文分析了造修数据的基本特点,列举了基于动车组造修数据的统计过程控制和性能退化分析的一般方法,论证了其可行性和必要性。并对造修数据收集工作存在的实际问题进行了阐述,提出了改进的建议。
With the rapid development of national high-speed railway and urban rail transit,the maintenance system of rail transit equipment is increasingly updated.It has gradually changed from the traditional fault repair and preventive maintenance based on experience to the reliability-centered condition based maintenance(CBM).At present,some domestic enterprises in China have begun to analyze and study the failure data of high-speed EMUs to guide the optimization and design improvement of the repair system of EMUs.However,the utilization of retrofit repair data recorded for newly built vehicles and in advanced repairs is still in the preliminary exploration or even blank stage.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the manufacture and repair data,lists the general methods of statistical process control and performance degradation analysis based on EMU manufacture and repair data,demonstrates its feasibility and necessity,and expounds the practical problems existing in the collection of the manufacture and repair data,and puts forward suggestions for improvement on this basis.
