中速磁浮列车综合安全状态监测预警与维护支持技术研究与实现 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对中速磁浮列车在途状态监测、预警、隐患状态评估和主动运维支持等需求,通过对中速磁浮列车关键部件工况高效主动感知、综合工况与安全状态监测评估、预警预测、适度主动运维和应急处置等关键技术的研究,构建了中速磁浮列车综合安全状态监测预警与维保支持系统方案,研制了中速磁浮列车主动维修、安全维保支持平台和技术装备,实现了对中速磁浮列车的综合运行安全状态全息化的主动监测、综合安全状态的演化趋势预测、故障风险和隐患的评估。充分考虑磁浮列车各关键部件安全性特征和评判依据及关联性,综合使用数据分析、预测、评估等方法,构建了满足中速磁浮列车特点的综合安全状态评估预测方法,为实现综合高效、低成本以及快速中速磁浮系统提供技术支撑。 Aiming at the requirements of in transit state monitoring,early warning,hidden danger state assessment and active operation and maintenance support of medium speed maglev train,through the research on key technologies of key components for medium speed maglev train such as efficient active sensing of working conditions,monitoring and evaluation of comprehensive working conditions and safety conditions,early warning and prediction,moderate active operation and maintenance and emergency disposal,this paper constructs the scheme of comprehensive safety condition monitoring and early warning and maintenance support system of medium speed maglev train,develops its active maintenance and safety maintenance support platform and technical equipment,realizes the active monitoring of the holographic comprehensive operation safety state,the evolution trend prediction of comprehensive safety state,and the evaluation of fault risk and hidden danger of medium speed maglev train.Fully considering the safety characteristics,evaluation basis and relevance of key components of maglev train,and comprehensively using the methods of data analysis,prediction and evaluation,a comprehensive safety state evaluation and prediction method meeting the characteristics of medium speed maglev train is constructed,which provides technical support for realizing comprehensive,efficient,low-cost and fast medium speed maglev system.
