振动对接触式障碍物检测装置性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 障碍物检测装置作为保证地铁列车安全运营的系统之一,在无人驾驶地铁列车中有着广泛的应用。为了有效降低列车与轨道上障碍物相撞引发的风险等问题,本文设计并研制了一套接触式障碍物检测系统。在此基础上利用不同类型的障碍物,在不同质量和速度的情况下,在试验台上分别对接触式障碍物检测装置进行了静态碰撞模拟试验和动态碰撞模拟试验。详细介绍了静态和动态下的障碍物检测装置的功能验证试验方法,以及详细的试验步骤,并对比分析了振动对静态和动态两种试验方法的性能影响,其中动态碰撞模拟试验的振动量级是基于标准GB/T 21563—2018下的2类振动量级。试验结果表明:动态模拟试验结果与静态模拟试验结果存在一定的偏差,但这个偏差在一定的范围内,并且随着障碍物重量的增加偏差逐渐减小。研究过程为后续列车障碍物检测装置在轨道交通装备制造领域的发展提供了借鉴和思考。 As one of the systems to ensure the safe operation of subway trains,obstacle detection device is widely used in unmanned subway trains.In order to effectively reduce the risk caused by the collision between the train and the obstacles on the track,this paper designs and develops a set of contact obstacle detection system.The system uses different types of obstacles to perform static collision simulation tests and dynamic collision simulation tests on the contact obstacle detection device on the test bench under different mass and speed conditions.In this paper,the functional verification test methods and detailed test steps of the obstacle detection device under static and dynamic conditions are introduced in detail,and the performance effects of vibration on the static and dynamic test methods are compared and analyzed.The vibration magnitude of the dynamic collision simulation test is based on the two types of vibration magnitude under the standard GB/T 21563—2018.The test results show that there is a certain deviation between the dynamic simulation test results and the static simulation test results,but this deviation is within a certain range will gradually decrease with the increase of obstacle weight.The research process provides reference and thinking for the development of subsequent train obstacle detection devices in the field of rail transit equipment manufacturing.
