城轨车辆齿轮箱(带车轮)轴承游隙检测方法研究

摘要 城市轨道车辆检修的部分修程中,齿轮箱需在车轮不退卸的情况下进行分解检修。本文详细描述了齿轮箱重新组装后大轴承游隙检测的必要性,分析了水平测量和垂直测量的优缺点,说明了采用垂直检测方法的原因。进而介绍了垂直测量所用工艺装备的主要结构特点,以及在该工艺装备上应用的两项重要设计方法,包括“涡轮蜗杆机构”和“旋转中心与工件重心重合”设计。这两种设计方法的应用,既保证了轮对在旋转过程中的平稳状态,又使轮对可在旋转圆弧上的任意点停止而不反向坠落,完美解决了轮对旋转过程中的安全隐患。本文提出的工艺方法保证了齿轮箱(带车轮)轴承游隙测量的精准性,杜绝了质量隐患。 In part of the repair process of urban rail vehicle maintenance,the gearbox needs to be disassembled and overhauled without the wheels being dismounted.This paper describes in detail the necessity of large bearing clearance detection after gearbox reassembly,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of horizontal and vertical measurement,and explains the reasons for adopting the vertical detection method.The main structural features of the process equipment used for vertical measurement are introduced,as well as two important design methods applied to the process equipment,including the“turbine worm mechanism”and the“center of rotation coincides with the center of gravity of the workpiece”design.The application of these two design methods not only ensures the smoothness of the wheel pair during rotation,but also enables the wheel pair to stop at any point on the rotation arc without falling in the opposite direction,which perfectly solves the safety hazards during the rotation of the wheel pair.The process method proposed in this paper ensures the accuracy of bearing clearance measurement of gearbox(with wheels)and eliminates the hidden quality problems.
