1+X证书制度下物流课证融合教学改革探究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Logistics Course and Certificate Integration under 1+X Certificate System

教育部实施的1+X证书制度成为当下高职院校人才培养模式、人才评价模式、教育教学改革的指引和方向。高职是职业证书工作推动的主体。本文介绍了1+X工作内容和特点,分析了当前物流管理专业在教学实施过程中存在的问题和困惑,从师资培训、产教融合、实训改革和学分制、实训室建设等角度,探求高职物流1+X证书制度下教学改革的途径,对推动1+X证书制度在高职物流管理专业中广泛而顺利的实施有一定的实践意义。

The 1+X certificate system implemented by the Ministry of Education has become a guideline and direction for the current talent cultivation mode,talent evaluation mode and teaching reform in higher vocational institutes.Higher vocational institutes are the main body promoting the work of vocational certificate.This paper introduces the content and characteristics of 1+X work,analyzes the current problems and confusions of logistics management major in the process of teaching implementation,and explores the ways of teaching reform under the 1+X certificate system of logistics major in higher vocational institutes from the perspectives of teacher training,integration of production and education,practical training reform and credit system,practical training room construction,etc.It has certain practical significance to promote the extensive and smooth implementation of 1+X certificate system in logistics management major in higher vocational institutes.
