摘要
目的:比较ProtaperGold和M3-Pro机用镍钛器械预备树脂模拟弯曲根管的成形效果。方法:选取40颗树脂模拟单弯曲根管随机分为两组,每组均20颗,分别用ProtaperGold和M3-Pro镍钛锉进行根管预备,牙科显微镜拍摄预备前后根管图像,记录预备时间,计算根管偏移量并进行统计学分析。结果:Pro Taper Gold组单个根管平均预备时间为(20.96±0.89)s,M3-Pro组单个根管平均预备时间为(21.47±0.47)s,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),M3-Pro组和ProTaperGold组在根管预备后各个位点根管偏移量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ProtaperGold和M3-Pro机用镍钛锉在模拟弯曲根管的预备过程中均能维持根管原有形态,具有较好的中心定位能力。
Objective To compare the shaping effect of preparation with Protaper Gold and M3-Pro in simulated curved root canals.Methods Forty simulated single curved root canals were randomly divided into two groups(n=20).Root canal preparation was performed with Protaper Gold nickel-titanium and M3-Pro nickel-titanium files.Before and after root canal preparation images were taken by a dental surgery microscope.Root canal preparation time was recorded.Root canal deviation was calculated.The data were analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 statistical package.Results The root canal preparation time of Protaper Gold was(20.96±0.89)s and the M3-Pro was(21.47±0.47)s.The difference between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The root canal deviation of all sites were not statistically significant difference between Protaper Gold and M3-Pro groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the resin models the two instruments keep the original canal curvature well.The central positioning ability of root canal preparation by Protaper Gold and M3-Pro were equally in simulated curved root canals.
