紫花苜蓿种植技术及在奶牛养殖中的应用

Planting Technology of Alfalfa and Its Application in Dairy Cattle Breeding

紫花苜蓿是一种多年生的优质豆科牧草,具有蛋白质高、产量高、适应性强等特点,在我国奶牛养殖中占有重要地位,可完全满足一年四季奶牛养殖供应。奶牛养殖过程中饲喂紫花苜蓿可有效降低养殖成本,提高养殖经济效益。饲喂紫花苜蓿还可增强奶牛机体免疫力,提高奶牛的产奶量和牛奶品质。该文主要就紫花苜蓿的栽培技术及其在奶牛养殖过程中的应用进行阐述,以供养殖业参考。

Alfalfa is a perennial high-quality leguminous grass,which has the characteristics of high protein,high yield and strong adaptability.It plays an important role in dairy cattle breeding in China and can fully meet the demand of dairy cattle breeding all the year round.Feeding alfalfa in the process of dairy cattle breeding can effectively reduce the breeding cost and improve the economic beneffts of breeding.Feeding alfalfa can also enhance the immunity of cows,and improve the milk yield and milk quality of cows.In this paper,the cultivation technology of alfalfa and its application in dairy cattle breeding were described for reference.
