畜产品质量安全监测现状与对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Livestock Product Quality and Safety Monitoring

当前畜牧养殖规模逐渐扩大,但并没有形成与之相配套的安全生产体系,在动物生产加工过程中,普遍存在不同程度的药物残留现象,严重影响畜禽产品的质量安全。严格落实畜禽产品质量安全监测工作,对确保畜禽产品合格具有十分重要的意义。该文探讨畜禽产品质量安全监测现状的基础上,进一步分析质量安全监测工作中所存在的不足之处,并提出相应的工作措施。

At present,the scale of livestock breeding is gradually expanding,but there is no corresponding safety production system.In the process of animal production and processing,drug residues of varying degrees are widespread,which seriously affects the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products.It is of great signiffcance to strictly implement the quality and safety monitoring of livestock and poultry products to ensure that livestock and poultry products on the animal market are qualified.This paper discusses the current situation of quality and safety monitoring of livestock and poultry products,further analyzes the shortcomings of quality and safety monitoring,and puts forward corresponding measures.
