摘要
针对窄带钢生产过程存在转炉终点氧化性波动大,进精炼条件不稳定,钢水洁净度不够,夹杂物级别波动大等问题,实施了转炉终点动态脱氧控制技术、LF精炼过程洁净度控制技术、浇铸过程夹杂物控制以及铸坯表面质量控制技术、不同钢种分级、分断面保护渣技术。
In view of the problems in the production process of narrow-band steel,such as the large fluctuation of the oxidation at the end of the converter,the unstable refining conditions,the insufficient cleanliness of molten steel,and the large fluctuation of the inclusion level,the dynamic deoxidation control technology at the end of the converter,the cleanliness control technology in the LF refining process,the inclusion control technology in the casting process,the surface quality control technology of the casting slab,the classification of different steel grades,and the protection slag technology at different sections have been implemented.
