摘要 针对某港口船舶岸电供电计量系统信息化、自动化程度不高的问题,结合码头供水、供气等高效精准保障需求,通过船舶保障卡、通用控制器及综合计量软件设计港口船舶岸电供电计量系统,实现船舶码头靠泊时水、电、气等消耗的自动统计汇总,为港口保障的信息化、智能化提供技术基础。 In view of low levels of information and automation in the power metering system of a port, taking into account the demand for efficient and precise protection of water supply and gas supply at terminals, the port ship shore power supply metering system is designed by ship protection cards, universal controllers and comprehensive metering software to realize automatic statistical summary of water, electricity and gas consumption when the ship berths, providing a technical basis for the information and intelligence of port protection.
