基于集总热网络法永磁同步电机温度场分析

摘要 为了解永磁同步电机发热情况,建立一种在水冷下外转子永磁同步电机热网络模型。首先,建立了电机等效热网络模型,然后对热阻和水道对流散热系数以及材料导热系数进行计算,最后通过热平衡方程式分析其在额定工况下电机各部件温度及温升情况。并与有限元软件计算结果进行比较分析,验证所建立热网络模型准确性,为水冷条件下外转子永磁同步电机温升预测提供参考依据。 In order to find out the heating condition of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a thermal network model of outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor under water cooling is established. Firstly,the equivalent thermal network model of the motor is established, and then the thermal resistance, the convective heat dissipation coefficient of water channel and the thermal conductivity of materials are calculated.Finally, the temperature and temperature rise of each part of the motor under rated working conditions are analyzed through the thermal balance equation. Compared with the calculation results of finite element software, the accuracy of the established thermal network model is verified, which provides a reference basis for the temperature rise prediction of outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor under water-cooling conditions.
