基于中文数据库的我国免疫营养研究现状分析

Analysis of current status of immunonutrition research in China based on Chinese databases

目的基于中文数据库分析我国免疫营养的研究现状,为临床实践及下一步研究提供参考依据。方法采用文献计量学方法,在中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普及万方数据库中检索有关免疫营养在营养支持中应用的相关文献,检索时间截至2022年8月,对发文量、发文机构、引用频次等文献特征进行分析。结果共纳入文献725篇,2015年和2020年发文量最高,均为62篇。发表文献最多的地区是江苏省(10.6%)和广东省(8.4%)。发表文献最多的单位为中国人民解放军东部战区总医院(4.8%)和四川大学华西医院(3.9%)。共78篇学位论文,647篇期刊文献。《肠外与肠内营养》刊载文献最多(6.5%)。总被引次数排名前3位的均为综述。文章合作度为2.7,合著率为70.1%。共121篇文献报告了资助基金及项目。研究类型包括原始研究499篇(68.8%)和二次研究226篇(31.2%)。对研究对象的分析显示,免疫营养多应用于消化道疾病,尤其是胃肠道肿瘤患者,占42.5%。营养支持的方式分为肠内营养和肠外营养,绝大多数文献采用肠内营养,占88.4%。结论我国中文数据库中免疫营养的研究内容比较单一,大多集中于免疫营养与普通营养支持间的比较,而免疫营养物质的选择和免疫营养在脓毒症等危重患者中的应用需要进一步研究。

Objective To analyze the research status of immunonutrition in China based on Chinese databases,and to provide a reference for clinical practice and future research.Methods Literatures about the application of immunonutrition in nutrition support were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,SinoMed,Chongqing VIP and Wanfang databases using bibliometrics methods.The retrieval time was up to August 2022,and the document characteristics such as the number of publications,the institutions and the citation frequency and other features were analyzed.Results A total of 725 literatures were included,with the highest number of literatures issued in 2015 and2020,both 62.The areas with the most published literatures were Jiangsu(10.6%)and Guangdong(8.4%).The institutions with the most published literatures were General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command(4.8%)and West China Hospital of Sichuan University(3.9%).There were 78 dissertations and 647 journal articles in total.The most published journal was Parenteral&Enteral Nutrition(6.5%).The top three citations were all reviews.The degree of cooperation was 2.7,and the co-authorship rate was 70.1%.A total of 121 articles reported the supporting funds and projects.The research types included 499 original studies(68.8%)and 226 secondary studies(31.2%).The analysis of the subjects showed that immunonutrition was mostly applied to gastrointestinal diseases,especially gastrointestinal cancer patients,accounting for42.5%.Nutritional support was divided into enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition.Enteral nutrition was adopted in most literatures,accounting for 88.4%.Conclusions The research content of immunonutrition in Chinese database in China is relatively simple.Most of them focus on the comparison between immunonutrition and general nutrition support.The selection of immune nutrients and the application of immunonutrition in critically ill patients such as sepsis need further research.
