摘要 在过去的三十多年中,澳大利亚为促进教育现代化进程,相继发表了多个全国性教育发展宣言和指导文件,确定了以正直、尊重、责任、公正和尊严为主要内容的教师职业伦理规范的核心价值理念。澳大利亚教师职业伦理规范建设着眼于教师职业专业化的发展目标,以核心价值理念为指导,从教师与学生、教师与家长、教师与教师集体等人际关系入手,提出教师职业伦理道德的基本规范和具体要求,其基本经验能够为我国新时代教师职业伦理规范的建设和完善提供有益启示。 In the past 30 years, in order to promote the process of education modernization,Australia has issued several national education development declarations and guidance documents, which determine the core values of teachers’ professional ethics with integrity,respect, responsibility, justice and dignity as the main content. The construction of teachers’ professional ethics in this country focuses on the development goals of teachers’ professional specialization, takes the core values as the guidance, and starts with the interpersonal ethical relations between teachers and students, teachers and students’ parents, teachers and teachers’ collectives, and teachers and the society. The basic norms and specific requirements of teachers’ professional ethics are put forward. The experience can provide some useful enlightenment for the construction and improvement of teachers’ professional ethics standards in the new era.
