从钨尾矿中回收SiO_(2)的试验研究

摘要 湖南某钨尾矿中SiO_(2)质量分数为71%,且含较高的Al2O3和Fe2O3等杂质。为回收尾矿中的石英,本文进行粒度分析、磁选、正浮选、反浮选等试验。结果表明:1)该钨尾矿试样中满足玻璃砂粒度要求,0.1~0.6 mm粒级占比达89.81%,粒度较粗;2)以十二胺为捕收剂,通过正浮选工艺可将SiO_(2)质量分数由71.14%提升至87.16%;3)试样中铝硅酸盐矿物与细粒石英共生呈集合体,在0.1~0.6 mm粒度范围内,石英与脉石矿物解离不充分,分选效果不佳;4)为实现充分解离,先后进行磨矿、磁选、正浮选、反浮选试验,最终获得SiO_(2)质量分数为94.02%,Fe2O3质量分数为0.64%的硅微粉产品。本文成果可为钨尾矿的综合利用提供一定的参考。 The mass fraction of SiO_(2) in a tungsten tailings in Hunan is 71%with high content of impurities as Al2O3 and Fe2O3.In order to recover SiO_(2) from tailings,such experiments as particle size analysis,magnetic separation,direct flotation and reverse flotation are carried out in this paper.The results show that:1)The proportion of the size fraction of tungsten tailings meeting the requirements of glass sand particle size(0.1~0.6 mm)is 89.81%and the particle size is coarse;2)With dodecylamine as collector,the mass fraction of SiO_(2) can be increased from 71.14%to 87.16%by positive flotation process;3)Aluminosilicate minerals and fine grain SiO_(2) in the sample coexist as aggregates.In the range of 0.1~0.6 mm particle size,the separation between SiO_(2) and gangue minerals is insufficient,and the separation effect is bad.4)In order to achieve full dissociation,grinding,magnetic separation,direct flotation and reverse flotation tests are carried out successively,and finally the silica micropowder product with 94.02%SiO_(2) mass fraction and 0.64%Fe2O3 mass fraction is obtained.The results can provide a certain reference for comprehensive utilization of tungsten tailings.
