为了进一步加深钢盖梁施工技术研究,本文以新建国道109高速公路工程安家庄特大桥转体施工为背景,对主墩上部钢盖梁施工进行了介绍,详细讲解大吨位、高精度钢盖梁施工全过程,并对过程关键性施工重难点进行总结,尤其是钢梁在制作过程中厚钢板单元焊接、节段的“倒装”、解体和吊装就位。本文内容可为今后类似工程提供参考。

In order to further deepen the research of steel lid beam construction technology,the construction of the Anjiazhuang grand bridge of the new national highway 109 expressway project is taken as the background,the construction of steel lid beam at the upper part of main pier is discussed and introduced,the whole construction process of large tonnage and high precision steel lid beam is explained in detail,and the key construction difficulties is summarized,especially the welding of thick steel plate units,"flip-chip"of segments,disintegration and hoisting in place in the steel beam manufacturing process,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
