摘要
对建筑行业建筑竣工交付的重难点问题进行了研究与分析,并介绍了数字化交付的相关目的以及总体思路。以宿迁市激光小镇项目为例,介绍了BIM技术在数字资产建立设计中的要点和主要作用,为建筑竣工交付提供了一种思路与途径。
Challenges encountered in completion and delivery of buildings in the construction industry were investigated.Objectives and general ideas of digitalized completion and delivery were described.Taking the project for Suqian Laser Industrial Park as an example,key points and main functions of BIM technology were described for designing of digital assets establishment.
