钢结构装配式住宅物化阶段碳排放研究 被引量:4

摘要 建筑行业碳排放量占社会碳排放总量的40%左右,其中建筑物化阶段碳排放总量大、强度高,该阶段碳减排刻不容缓。当前针对物化阶段碳排放的研究主要集中在传统现浇钢筋混凝土建筑,钢结构装配式建筑物化阶段碳排放研究较少,其物化碳排放特征不清晰。本研究构建了装配式建筑物化阶段碳排放计算模型,选取一栋钢结构装配式住宅为研究案例,并以同一地区、层数相近的一栋传统现浇钢筋混凝土住宅作为对比。计算分析两栋案例物化各阶段碳排放,发现钢结构装配式住宅在建材生产、施工建造阶段有较大的减排潜力。整个物化阶段钢结构装配式住宅案例的减碳率为34.30%,具有较好的碳减排推广应用价值。 The carbon emission of the construction industry accounts for about 40%of the total carbon emission,of which the total carbon emission in the materialization stage is large and the intensity is high,so it is urgent to reduce carbon emission in the materialization stage.At present,the research on carbon emissions in the materialization stage mainly focuses on traditional cast-in-situ reinforced concrete buildings,while the research on carbon emission in materialization stage of steel structure prefabricated buildings is less,and the characteristics of its materialization carbon emission are not clear.In this study,the carbon emission calculation model of fabricated buildings was constructed,a steel structure fabricated residence was selected as a case study,and a traditional cast-in-situ reinforced concrete residence with similar floors in the same area was compared.By calculating and analyzing the carbon emissions in each stage of materialization of two cases,it is found that the steel structure fabricated residence has great emission reduction potential in materials production and construction stages of building.The carbon reduction rate of steel structure fabricated housing in whole materialization stage is 34.30%,which has a good value of popularization and application of carbon emission reduction.
