摘要
在所有建筑垃圾中,渣土类建筑垃圾利用率最低。为解决渣土资源化利用率低、不规则和作业空间狭窄基槽回填质量难以保证的问题,研究了以渣土为主要原材料的新型基槽回填材料,通过溜槽或泵送到各类肥槽、基坑、矿坑,进行回填施工,无需分层碾压和振捣、自密实,在满足施工质量要求前提下提高了渣土的利用率。
Among all construction waste,the utilization rate of muck construction waste is the lowest.In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of waste soil resources,irregularity and narrow working space,and it is difficult to guarantee the backfill quality of foundation trench,this paper studies a new type of foundation trench backfill material with waste soil as the main raw material,which is sent to all kinds of fertilizer tanks,foundation pits and pits through chutes or pumps for backfill construction,without layered rolling and vibration,and self-compacting,which improves the utilization rate of waste soil on the premise of meeting the construction quality requirements.
