摘要
为了适应总承包(EPC)模式工程的市场需求,以应用较多的住宅类工程为研究对象,进行了EPC模式下工程设计限额指标查询系统研究,通过规范调整系数,工程量调整系数的修正,将基础限额数据转化成适应总承包(EPC)模式工程应用的设计限额数据,开发出了EPC模式下工程设计限额指标查询系统。帮助总承包单位解决了设计阶段成本控制问题,推动了设计公司设计限额数据方面的数字化转型,提高了设计公司在EPC工程数字化建设中的参与能力。
In order to adapt to the market demands of EPC-mode projects,the engineering design quota index query system under the EPC mode has been studied and developed based on study objects of widely-used residential projects by normalizing and amending quantity adjustment coefficient and converting the basic quota data into the design quota data suitable for the application of EPC projects,which has helped general contractors solve the cost control problem in the design stage,promoted design company’s digital transformation of design limit data and improved design company’s ability to participate in the digital construction of EPC projects.
