钢结构屋面新型TPO单层防水施工应用

APPLICATION OF NEW TPO SINGLE-LAYER WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION FOR STEEL STRUCTURE ROOF

以新建福厦铁路厦门北站工程为例,介绍新建厦门北站站房屋面新型TPO单层防水屋面系统。该系统由压型钢板、憎水保温岩棉、TPO单层卷材防水层组成,具有防水效果好、施工操作简单、使用寿命长、施工简单方便等优点。该屋面系统设计合理、现场实施细部节点处理到位、质量把控严格,为类似钢结构大跨度屋面设计、施工提供参考和借鉴。

Taking the newly-built Xiamen North Station Project of Fuzhou Xiamen railway as an example,this paper introduces the new TPO single-layer waterproof roof system for the building surface of the newly-built Xiamen north station.The system is composed of profiled steel plate,hydrophobic insulation rock wool and TPO single-layer coiled material waterproof layer.It has the advantages of good waterproof effect,simple construction operation,long service life,simple and convenient construction,etc.The design of the roof system is reasonable,the details of the on-site implementation are handled in place,and the quality is strictly controlled,which provides a reference for the design and construction of large-span roofs of similar steel structures.
