地铁下穿既有运营线技术措施研究

摘要 盾构下穿既有运营线是盾构设计和施工的难点,为解决该问题,以杭州机场轨道快线下穿已运营7号线的设计经验为基础,通过工程节点分析接收端工程控制节点,结合计算分析,在未加固的情况下,运营隧道最大沉降和最大水平位移均较大;在加固后,其变形情况相对无加固有着明显的改善。相关研究结论可为同类工程提供一定的借鉴。 It is a difficult point in shield design and construction for shield tunneling to pass through existing operating lines.In order to solve this problem,based on the design experience of Hangzhou Airport Rail Express Line passing under the existing operating line 7,the receiving end engineering is analyzed through engineering nodes.Based on the calculation and analysis of the control nodes,it is considered that:the maximum settlement and the maximum horizontal displacement of the operating tunnel are larger without reinforcement.After reinforcement,the deformation is significantly improved compared to that without reinforcement.The actual monitoring results confirmed the calculated results.Finally,some conclusions are summarized in order to provide some reference for similar projects.
