摘要
对于既有公共建筑,由于其往往具有一定的历史文化意义,需在保护其部分结构和外观的前提下,进行拆除、加固及改造提升。然而,现有针对新建钢网架施工过程安全性的研究较多,对于既有钢网架拆除施工过程安全性的研究较少。为填补该领域的空白,结合上海世博会俄罗斯馆屋顶钢网架拆除施工工程,提出了钢屋架拆除施工准则、采用了生死单元法对单榀拆除施工过程进行了模拟、并对单榀桁架吊运过程进行了验算。计算结果和工程实际表明,该施工过程安全合理。
For existing public buildings,due to the historical and cultural significance,it is necessary to demolish,reinforce or upgrade them on the premise of protecting part of their structure and appearance.However,there are a lot of researches on the safety of the construction process of newly built steel truss,and few researches on the safety of the demolition process of the existing steel truss.In order to fill the gap in this field,combined with the demolition construction project of the russian pavilion at Shanghai World Expo,the construction guidelines for the demolition of the steel roof truss were proposed,the life and death unit method was used to simulate the demolition construction process of a single truss,and the lifting process of a single truss was verified.The calculation results and engineering practice show that the construction process is safe and reasonable.
