摘要
基于国内设计与施工相对独立的市场形势,在国家提出“一带一路”倡议以后,使得中国承包商在国际工程项目履约时陷入一定程度的困境,主要体现在普遍缺乏的设计能力和管理经验。通过阐述传统国内承包单位,如何在国际工程项目履约过程中有效组织做好设计并管控设计的正确思路。结合国际工程总承包模式对于传统行业的意义,探讨和总结海国际承包商应如何改善设计管理实现履约目标,规避设计风险提高项目管理效益。
Based on the relatively independent market situation of domestic design and construction,after the country proposed the"The Belt and Road Initiative"strategy of going overseas,chinese contractors fell into a certain predicament when performing international engineering projects,mainly reflected in the general lack of design capabilities and management experience.This article mainly expounds the correct ideas of how traditional domestic contractors can effectively organize and control the design in the process of international engineering project performance.Combined with the significance of the international project general contracting mode to the traditional industry,this paper discusses and summarizes how Haitian International contractors should improve design management to achieve contract performance goals.
