QUALITY CONTROL STRATEGY OF SEALANT FOR CURTAIN WALL STRUCTURE OF HIGH–RISE BUILDINGS

幕墙结构在现代建筑中的应用非常广泛,不仅承担着建筑装饰作用,而且还影响着建筑质量。幕墙结构中主要依靠硅酮结构密封胶将幕墙面板粘结在一起,由于密封胶长期暴露在户外,粘接性能容易受到外界环境因素的影响,会出现脆化、开裂的现象。为了提升幕墙结构的稳定性和安全性,需要对硅酮结构密封胶质量进行有效控制,提升建筑幕墙的使用寿命。鉴于此,对高层建筑门窗幕墙结构密封胶质量控制策略进行详细分析。

Curtain wall structure is widely used in modern architecture,which not only plays the role of architectural decoration,but also affects the quality of buildings.Curtain wall structure mainly relies on silicone structure sealant to bond the curtain wall panel together.Because the sealant is exposed outdoors for a long time,the bonding performance is easy to be affected by external environmental factors,which will appear embrittlement and cracking phenomenon.In order to improve the stability and safety of the curtain wall structure,it is necessary to effectively control the quality of the silicone structure sealant to improve the service life of the building curtain wall.In view of this,the quality control strategy of sealant is analyzed in detail.
