正极和膏工艺对铅酸电池性能的影响

摘要 选取4种密度的硫酸溶液进行和膏并涂板,通过电化学工作站、电镜扫描等分析方法对极板进行物化性能的表征。组装2 V单体电池,验证和膏酸密度对电池的20小时率容量、低温起动、动态充电接受、循环寿命等性能的影响。实验结果表明:和膏过程中使用的硫酸溶液密度不同,会影响铅膏活性物质的形成及其电化学反应的进行。综合考虑,和膏用硫酸溶液的密度为1.300 g/cm^(3)时电池的性能较好。 Four densities of sulfuric acid solution were selected to paste and coat the plate,and the physicochemical properties of the plate were characterized by electrochemical workstation,electron microscope scanning and other analysis methods.By assembling 2 V cell,the influences of sulfuric acid solution with different density for lead paste on the performances of 20 h rate capacity,low temperature starting,dynamic charge acceptance and cycle life of lead-acid battery were verified.The results showed that the formation of active material and electrochemical reaction of lead paste would be affected by the use of different density of sulfuric acid solution in the process of paste mixing.Overall consideration,the battery performance is better when the density of sulfuric acid solution for lead paste is 1.300 g/cm^(3).
