浅谈铅酸蓄电池和膏均匀性的影响因素

摘要 铅酸蓄电池生产过程中,和膏工序是个比较特殊的工序,是生成活性物质的关键阶段。期间硫酸、水、添加剂的分散程度,直接决定着铅膏的均匀性,而铅膏的均匀性又是影响极板性能优劣的关键。笔者对影响和膏均匀性的几种因素进行验证对比,提出了改善铅膏均匀性的方法。 In the production process of lead-acid battery,the paste mixing process is a special process,and is the key stage of generation of active materials.The dispersion degree of sulfuric acid,water and additives directly determines the uniformity of lead paste.And the uniformity of lead paste is the key to affect the performance of the plate.The author verifies and compares several factors that affect the uniformity of lead paste and puts forward some methods to improve the uniformity of lead paste.
