康柏西普注射液联合复方血栓通胶囊对增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者最佳矫正视力及氧化应激反应的影响

Effect of Compazepine Injection Combined with Compound Thromboxane Capsule on Best Corrected Visual Acuity and Oxidative Stress Response in Patients with Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探究康柏西普联合复方血栓通胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变患者最佳矫正视力及氧化应激反应的影响。方法选择2019年3月—2022年3月建瓯市立医院收治的156例增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者,按随机数表法分为两组,各78例。对照组予以康柏西普眼用注射液治疗,观察组加服复方血栓通胶囊治疗,均持续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、最佳矫正视力、氧化应激反应、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前最佳矫正视力、氧化应激反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后最佳矫正视力、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均较对照组高,丙二醛(MDA)较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者中采用康柏西普+复方血栓通胶囊治疗可减轻氧化应激反应,促进视力改善,且安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effects of Compazepine combined with compound thromboxane capsules on the best corrected visual acuity and oxidative stress response in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods 156 patients with proliferative diabetes retinopathy admitted to Jian’ou Municipal Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,78 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Conbercept ophthalmic injection,and the observation group was treated with Fufang Xueshuantong capsule for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,best corrected visual acuity,oxidative stress reaction and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the best corrected visual acuity and oxidative stress between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group,the levels of total antioxidant capacity(TAOC)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy,treatment with Compazepe+compound thromboxane capsules can reduce oxidative stress and promote improvement of visual acuity,and is safe and reliable.
