二甲双胍联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊对糖尿病伴念珠菌阴道炎患者血糖水平及炎症指标的影响

Effect of Metformin Combined with Nifurtimox Vaginal Soft Capsule on Blood Glucose Level and Inflammation Index in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus with Candida Vaginitis

目的研究二甲双胍(mtformin,MET)联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)伴念珠菌阴道炎(monilial vaginitis,MV)患者血糖水平及炎症指标的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年4月莆田学院附属医院医疗集团收治的78例DM伴MV患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。两组均接受硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗,在此基础上,对照组进行单纯胰岛素治疗;观察组在对照组基础上结合MET治疗;于治疗前、治疗1周后,比较两组血糖水平[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)]、炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、C反应蛋白(CRP)];比较两组不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平均显著下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MET联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊应用于DM伴MV患者中,在降低血糖水平同时,可有效减轻患者炎症反应,降低炎症指标水平。

Objective To study the effects of metformin(MET)combined with nifurtimox vaginal soft capsule on blood glucose levels and inflammatory indexes in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)with Candida vaginitis(MV).Methods From March 2020 to April 2022,78 patients with DM and MV admitted by the Medical Group of the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,39 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with nifurtel nystatin vaginal soft capsule,and on this basis,the control group was treated with insulin alone;the observation group was treated with MET on the basis of the control group;before and 1week after treatment,the blood glucose levels[glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 hPG)]and inflammatory indicators[interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8,C-reactive protein(CRP)]of the two groups were compared;the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion MET combined with nifurtimox vaginal soft capsule in patients with DM with MV can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of patients and lower the level of inflammatory indexes while lowering the blood glucose level.
