探讨湿润烧伤膏在糖尿病足治疗中的应用

Exploring the Application of Moist Burn Cream in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)是糖尿病的严重并发症,致残、致死率高,治疗困难,花费高。其概念最早由Oaklev提出,是由于长期血糖控制不达标,导致出现周围神经病变和外周血管疾病,因缺血合并感染的足部疾病。糖尿病足即“消渴病”之兼证,属中医学“筋疽”“脱疽”的范畴。湿润烧伤膏是专用于治疗各种烧、烫伤的药物,其对糖尿病足的治疗有很好的疗效,本文对其机理进行探讨。

Diabetic foot(DF)is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus,with high disability and mortality rates,difficult and costly treatment.The concept of DF was first proposed by Oaklev,which is a foot disease with ischemia and infection due to peripheral neuropathy and peripheral vascular disease caused by long-term substandard glycemic control.The diabetic foot is a part of the"thirst disease"and belongs to the category of"tendon gangrene"and"deglu-tition"in Chinese medicine.The moist burn cream is a special drug for the treatment of various burns and scalds,which has good efficacy in the treatment of diabetic foot,and its mechanism is discussed in this paper.
