临床微生物检验和细菌耐药性的监测探讨

摘要 目的探讨临床微生物检验和细菌耐药性的监测。方法选取2019年7月—2020年6月各临床科室送检的各类型标本2548例,检出阳性病原菌数为843株。分析菌种分布情况,比较各科室耐药菌株构成比例、多重耐药菌阳性率、微生物标本检出阳性数、微生物标本送检数。结果本次研究843株病原菌中,革兰阳性球菌233株,占比27.7%;革兰阴性球菌576株,占比68.3%;真菌34株,占比4.0%。内科患者多重耐药率高于其他科室的患者,但各科室患者对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床微生物检验和细菌耐药性的监测,可以有效降低抗菌药物的滥用现象,提高医护人员监测结果的正确性,减少院内感染事件的发生。 Objective To explore the monitoring of clinical microbiological tests and bacterial drug resistance.Methods There were 2548 specimens of each type sent by each clinical department from July 2019 to June 2020,and the number of positive pathogenic bacteria detected was 843.Analyzed the distribution of bacteria,and compared the composition ratio of drug-resistant strains,the positivity rate of multi-drug-resistant bacteria,the number of positive microbial specimens detected,and the number of microbial specimens sent for examination in each department.Results Among the 843 pathogenic strains in this study,233 strains of Gram-positive cocci were found,accounting for 27.7%,Gram-negative cocci were 576 strains,accounting for 68.3%,and 34 fungal strains,accounting for 4.0%.The rate of multi-drug resistance was higher in patients from internal medicine than in patients from other departments,but there was no statistically significant difference between patients from different departments(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical microbiological testing and bacterial drug resistance monitoring can effectively reduce the abuse of antimicrobial drugs,improve the correctness of monitoring results by health care workers,and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
