肺泡灌洗对重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者血气、血清炎症指标的影响分析

Effect of Alveolar Lavage on Blood Gas and Serum Inflammatory Indexes in Patients with Severe Pneumonia with Respiratory Failure

目的研究肺泡灌洗对重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者的血气指标、血清炎症指标的影响。方法选择重庆市第七人民医院2020年1月—2021年1月期间收治的100例重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(有创机械通气治疗)和观察组(联合肺泡灌洗治疗),各50例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组各项治疗指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗有效率96.0%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者在肺泡灌洗治疗下的治疗效果较好,且临床疗效明显优于常规治疗。

Objective To study the effect of alveolar lavage on blood gas indexes and serum inflammatory indexes in patients with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure.Methods 100 patients with severe pneumonia combined with respiratory failure who were admitted to Chongqing Seventh People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021were selected and divided into the control group(invasive mechanical ventilation treatment)and the observation group(combind with alveolar lavage treatment)according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the therapeutic indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%higher than that of the control group(80.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with severe pneumonia combined with respiratory failure can get good therapeutic effect under alveolar lavage treatment,and the clinical efficacy is significantly better than that of conventional treatment.
