注射用血栓通联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年脑梗塞患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Injectable Thromboxane Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探究注射用血栓通联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗老年脑梗塞患者的临床疗效。方法选择2020年1月—2022年1月于黑龙江省大庆龙南医院急诊科老年脑梗塞患者100例,依据不同治疗干预方式分为观察组(采用注射用血栓通联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗),对照组(采用单纯阿托伐他汀钙治疗),各50例。比较两组血脂水平、临床疗效、不良反应及血流动力学指标等情况。结果观察组的HDL-C水平高于对照组,LDL-C、TC、TG指标均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总治疗有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的头晕、胸闷、皮肤瘙痒的不良反应总发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的EVLWI指标较对照组更低,SVRI、GEDVI、ITBVI较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年脑梗塞患者,给予注射用血栓通联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,可减少不良反应的发生,改善血流动力学指标状态水平,安全性较高,并改善患者血脂水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of injectable thromboxane combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 100 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected from January 2020 to January 2022 in the emergency department of Longnan Hospital,Daqing,Heilongjiang Province,and they were divided into the observation group(treated with injectable thromboxane combined with atorvastatin calcium)and the control group(treated with atorvastatin calcium alone)according to different treatment interventions,50 cases in each group.The lipid levels,clinical efficacy,adverse effects and hemodynamic indexes between the two groups were compared.Results The HDL-C level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the LDL-C,TC and TG indexes in the doservation group were lower than those in the contorl group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total treatment efficiency of the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in dizziness,chest tightness and skin itching in the observation group(4.00%)were significantly lower than those in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The EVLWI indexes were lower in the observation group compared with the control group,the SVRI,GEDVI,and ITBVI of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with cerebral infarction,the treatment of injectable thromboxane combined with atorvastatin calcium will reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve the status level of hemodynamic indexes,have higher safety and improve patients’blood lipid level.
