Objective To study the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor biofeedback training on the prevention of postpartum urinary incontinence. Methods 100 parturients admitted to Chongqing Southeast Hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation training. On this basis, the observation group combined with biological feedback training.Compared the pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor muscle tension, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence rate, and negative emotional indicators before and after intervention between the two groups. Results The urinary incontinence rate in the observation group was 0.0%lower than 20.0%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.111,P=0.001).The results of pelvic floor muscle strength, muscle tension, pelvic organ prolapse rate and negative emotions score of patients after intervention in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with pelvic floor biofeedback training intervention after delivery is of high value and worth promoting.
