摘要
淋巴瘤是起源于淋巴细胞异常激活或异常分化的恶性肿瘤,其诊断需要多学科参与。流式细胞术作为一种强大的诊断工具,可快速评估细胞抗原表达,提供适合疾病分类的免疫表型信息,在血液系统肿瘤逐渐中得到广泛应用。本文综述了流式细胞术在成熟B细胞淋巴瘤诊断中的应用及常见免疫表型,供临床参考。
Lymphoma is a malignant tumor that originates from abnormal activation or abnormal differentiation of lymphocytes,and its diagnosis requires multidisciplinary involvement.Flow cytometry has been widely used in the diagnosis of hematological tumors as a powerful diagnostic tool to rapidly assess cellular antigen expression and provide immunophenotypic information appropriate for disease classification.This article reviews the application of flow cytometry in the diagnosis of mature B-cell lymphoma and common immunophenotypes for clinical reference.
