经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症及腺肌瘤的临床价值分析

Analysis of clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids,adenomyosis and adenomyoma

目的 探讨妇科疾病应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值。方法 选取本院收治的疑似宫腔病变患者300例为研究对象,均依次完成经腹彩色多普勒超声检查、经阴道彩色多普勒超声、临床综合检查,以临床综合检查为金标准,统计超声检查结果。结果 子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、子宫腺肌瘤的阴道超声检查准确性分别为95.33%、96.33%、97.00%,均高于经腹超声的85.33%、85.33%、90.00%,上述三种疾病的阴道超声检查敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值亦高于经腹超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、子宫腺肌瘤鉴别诊断中应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声,疾病检查准确性、敏感性和特异性均更高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in gynecological diseases.Methods A total of 300 patients with suspected uterine lesions admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.All of them completed transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography,and clinical comprehensive examination in turn.The clinical comprehensive examination was used as the gold standar,the results of ultrasound examination were counted.Results The accuracy of uterine fibroids,uterine adenomyosis and uterine adenomyoma was 95.33%,96.33%and 97.00%of transvaginal ultrasonography,respectively,which were higher than 85.33%,85.33%and 90.00%of transabdominal ultrasonography;the sensitivity,specificity positive predictive value and negative predictive value of these diseases of transvaginal ultrasonography were also higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids,uterine adenomyosis and uterine adenomyoma has higher accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and is worthy of clinical application.
