探讨心理护理模式对体外受精-胚胎移植患者的影响

The influence of psychological nursing on patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

目的探究心理护理模式对体外受精-胚胎移植患者的影响。方法选取本院收治的体外受精-胚胎移植患者300例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组150例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用心理护理模式。比较两组的护理满意度、心理状态评分及生理应激反应指标。结果观察组护理后心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为98.67%,高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外受精-胚胎移植患者接受心理护理模式,可改善其生理应激反应指标,提升护理满意度,并可改善其不良心理状态,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing model on patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.Methods A total of 300 cases of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing on this basis.The nursing satisfaction,mental state scores and physiological stress response indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.67%,which was higher than 90.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the physiological stress response index,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve the adverse psychological state of patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,which is worthy of clinical application.
