循证护理在异位妊娠护理中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in ectopic pregnancy nursing and its influence on patients'quality of life

目的探讨异位妊娠临床护理中循证护理模式的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院收治的异位妊娠患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理。对比两组的心理情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分量表(QLQ-c30)各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在异位妊娠临床护理中的应用效果理想,能改善患者焦虑、紧张等负性情绪,提高其生活质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing model in clinical nursing of ectopic pregnancy and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The psychological condition,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in quality of life questionnaire core 30(QLQ-c30)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the physiological function,psychological function,social function and physical function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in ectopic pregnancy clinical nursing application effect is ideal,can improve patients anxiety,tension and other negative emotions,improve their quality of life,it is worth promoting the use.
