当归、黄芪、女贞子提取物对脂溢性脱发的治疗效果及机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察当归、黄芪、女贞子提取物外用对睾酮诱导的C57BL/6小鼠脂溢性脱发模型的影响及其机制探讨。方法:外用睾酮3周诱发C57BL/6小鼠脂溢性脱发模型,观察涂抹不同浓度当归、黄芪、女贞子提取物后小鼠背部皮肤的颜色变化,新生长度和毛发覆盖率,观察小鼠皮肤厚度和毛囊组织学变化情况;检测鼠皮肤中α-MSH,TGF-β1和VEGF因子水平。结果:当归、黄芪、女贞子醇提物均能促进脂溢性脱发小鼠的毛发生长,以当归低剂量组效果最好。病理切片显示当归、黄芪、女贞子提取物能够增加小鼠皮肤厚度和生长期毛囊的数量。各给药组均能提升皮肤中α-MSH,TGF-β1和VEGF因子的水平,以当归低剂量组、女贞子高剂量组效果最好。结论:当归、黄芪、女贞子外用可以通过减少皮肤油脂分泌、促进α-MSH,TGF-β1和VEGF的含量来促进脂溢性脱发小鼠的毛发生长。 Purpose:To observe the effect of the topical Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and Ligustrum lucidum extract and explore its mechanism.Methods:C57BL/6 mice were treated with testosterone for 3 weeks to induce seborrheic alopecia model.The color change of skin on the back of mice was observed after different concentrations of Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and Ligustrum lucidum extracts were applied.The length of newborn hair was measured and the hair coverage rate was calculated.The moisture,oil content and temperature of the back skin were measured by skin test equipment.The changes of skin thickness and hair follicle histology and the levels ofα-MSH,TGF-β1 and VEGF factors in skin of mice after administration were detected.Results:Alcohol extracts of Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and Ligustrum lucidum could promote hair growth in mice with seborrheic alopecia,and Angelica sinensis low-dose group had the best effect.Histology showed that Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and Ligustrum lucidum could increase the skin thickness and the number of hair follicles during growth period.The levels ofα-MSH,TGF-β1 and VEGF factors in skin were increased in all administration group,and the effects of Angelica sinensis low-dose group and Ligustrum lucidum high-dose group were the best.Conclusions:Topical application of Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and Ligustrum lucidum can promote hair growth in mice with seborrheic alopecia by reducing skin oil secretion and promotingα-MSH,TGF-β1 and VEGF content.
