葡萄糖酸氯己定在私处洗剂中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Chlorhexidine Gluconate in Genital Lotion

评判葡萄糖酸氯己定在私处洗剂中的稳定性、抑菌性和安全性,为其在女性私护产品的开发和临床应用提供依据。根据2002年版《消毒技术规范》对私处洗剂的相关性能进行应用研究,包括:葡萄糖酸氯己定含量测定、阴道黏膜刺激试验、一次完整皮肤刺激试验、急性眼刺激试验;并以8种细菌作为阴道健康指示菌,进行MIC试验。结果表明以葡萄糖酸氯己定为主要有效成分的私处洗剂展现了良好的稳定性和安全性,具有较广谱的抑菌效果,但对铜绿假单胞菌没有显著的抑菌作用.

To evaluate the stability,bacteriostasis and safety of chlorhexidine gluconate in genital lotion,and to provide basis for its development and clinical application in female private care products.According to the“Technical Standard For disinfection”(2002 edition),the relevant performance of genital lotion was studied,including:content determination of chlorhexidine gluconate,vaginal mucosa stimulation test,a complete skin stimulation test,acute eye irritation test;MIC test was conducted with 8 kinds of bacteria as indicators of vaginal health.The results showed that the genital lotion with CHG as the main effective ingredient showed good stability and safety,and had a broad spectrum of antibacterial effect,but had no significant antibacterial effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
