摘要
随着全球人口的增加以及气候的变化,未来淡水的供应将面临更大的压力。河流、湖泊和地下水都是淡水的主要来源,而有机废水造成的水污染已成为世界范围内的严重问题。近年来先进材料合成与制备技术的快速发展,固定化酶的应用使得生物处理废水的技术变得更具吸引力,本综述重点介绍了固定酶在处理废水中的染料、药物和酚类等难降解有机物方面的研究进展。
With the increase of global population and climate change,the supply of fresh water will face greater pressure in the future.Rivers,lakes and groundwater are the main sources of fresh water,and water pollution caused by organic wastewater has become a serious problem in the world.With the rapid development of advanced material synthesis and preparation technology in recent years,the application of immobilized enzymes has made the biological treatment of wastewater more attractive.This review focuses on the research progress of immobilized enzymes in the treatment of refractory organics such as dyes,drugs and phenols in wastewater.
