摘要
针对目前工业固废的减量化、资源化、无害化的处理要求,对工业固废进行循环流化床锅炉焚烧。为保证在燃烧过程中的氮氧化物的排放达标,循环流化床锅炉采用独特的两级选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝技术。本文对两级SNCR脱硝技术及其改造工艺进行了详细的介绍,并对该工艺投运后出现的问题提出相应的处理措施,以便为同类型电厂的脱硝改造提供借鉴。
Industrial solid waste is incinerated in circulating fluidized bed boilers to meet the current requirements of reduction,resuscitation and harmless treatment of industrial solid waste.To ensure the NOx emission standard,the circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts two-stage selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)denitrification technology.This paper introduces the two-stage SNCR denitrification technology and its retrofitting process,and proposes corresponding treatment measures for the problems that arise after the commissioning of the process,to provide a reference for the denitrification retrofit of similar power plants.
