摘要
根据现代化化工企业生产所具有的自动化程度高、安全风险大、工艺设备系统性强等特点,分析了现代化工行业对于应用人才培养在思维方式、安全素养和知识体系方面的要求,认为在普通高等教育进行应用型人才培养时,应当从科学的知识体系入手,通过学、思结合的教学方式和多元化的教学手段等多方面协同入手,加强对学生思维方式的培养,同时也应利用产学研的机会加强教师在生产方面相关经验的培训。
According to the characteristics of modern chemical industry,such as high degree of automation,high safety risk and strong systematization,the requirements of modern chemical industry for the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduates in thinking abillity,safety consciousness and knowledge system are obtained.It is considered that the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduates in general higher education should work simultaneously on scientific knowledge system,teaching mode and methods.The cultivation of students’thinking ability can be strengthened through the combination of learning and thinking teaching methods and diversified teaching methods.
