摘要 采用低场核磁共振法快速测定了不同分散工艺、研磨时间、分散剂及含量所制备的导电浆料的横向弛豫时间,结果表明:当以BYK为分散剂,其含量为0.6%时,采用纳米均质分散工艺,研磨时间为30分钟时可制备出稳定分散的导电浆料。相比于其他检测浆料分散性的方法,对于浆料不需进行任何前处理,可直接于浓稠状态下测试,且设备操作简单,能快速得到结果,可有效提高研发和生产效率。 The low field NMR method is an advance method to measure the transverse relaxation time of electronic pastes prepared with different dispersion processes, grinding times, dispersants and contents. The results show that when BYK is used as the dispersant and the content is 0.6 %, the nano homogeneous dispersion process is adopted, and the grinding time is 30 minutes, which can prepare a stable and dispersed electronic slurry. Compared with other methods for detecting the dispersion of slurry, the slurry does not need any pretreatment, and can be tested directly in the thick state. The equipment is simple to operate, can quickly obtain the results, and can effectively improve the R & D and production efficiency.
