干法涂层工艺采用的危化品安全管控措施研究

Study on Safety Control Measures for Hazardous Chemicals used in Dry Coating Process

纺织工业一直是我国传统优势产业和重要的民生产业,纺织行业强劲的发展势头对安全生产产生了新的影响。涂层工艺是纺织行业后整理必不可少的工艺,而干法涂层使用过程中使用了多种危险化学品,本文基于干法涂层工艺使用的甲乙类危险化学品,研究了涉及的干法涂层过程中危险化学品的安全管控措施,提出了更进一步安全管理建议。

The textile industry has always been a traditional advantageous industry and an important livelihood industry in China. The strong development momentum of the textile industry has had a new impact on production safety. The coating process is an indispensable process for finishing in the textile industry, and a variety of hazardous chemicals are used in the process of dry coating. Based on the class A and class B hazardous chemicals used in the dry coating process, this paper studies the safety management and control measures for the hazardous chemicals involved in the dry coating process, and puts forward further safety management suggestions.
