摘要 通过在小鼠背部涂抹睾酮,制备小鼠雄激素脱发模型,观察小鼠表观指标、血清5α-还原酶、雄激素受体和二氢睾酮水平及毛囊病理观察来综合评价吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物(Kopyrrol)和二氨基嘧啶氧化物(Kopexil)及其组合物的防脱发效果。结果:体内效果评估表明,Kopyrrol和Kopexil及其组合物可显著促进小鼠的毛发生长速度,降低小鼠血清5α还原酶、雄激素受体及二氢睾酮水平,显著改善小鼠背部皮肤毛囊病理变化,且存在量效关系。结论:Kopyrrol和Kopexil及其组合物具有较好的防脱发效果。 The anti-hair loss effect of pyrrolidinyl diaminopyrimidine oxide(Kopyrrol) and diaminopyrimidine oxide(Kopexil) and their compositions was comprehensively evaluated by applying testosterone on the back of the mouse, preparing a mouse androgen alopecia model, observing the mice epigenetic index,serum 5α-reductase, androgen receptor and dihydrotestosterone levels and hair follicle pathological observations. Results: In vivo effect evaluation showed that Kopyrrol and Kopexil and their compositions could significantly promote the hair growth rate of mice, reduce the levels of serum 5α-reductase, androgen receptor and dihydrotestosterone, and significantly improve the pathological changes of skin follicles on the back of mice, and there was a dose-response relationship.Conclusion: Kopyrrol and Kopexil and theirs composition s have good anti-hair loss effect.
