摘要
本研究采用超声辅助水热法提取小米中的水溶性多糖,探讨了提取温度、超声时间、液固比三个因素对提取率的影响。通过单因素试验与三因素三水平正交试验,得到最佳提取工艺条件为:液固比35∶1 mL/g,提取温度80℃,超声时间为40 min。在最佳提取工艺条件下小米水溶性多糖提取率为23.25%,提取产物红外光谱呈现典型多糖红外光谱特征,表明本研究所建立的小米中水溶性多糖提取方法是可行的。
In this study, ultrasonic assisted hydrothermal method was used to extract water-soluble polysaccharides from millet. The effects of extraction temperature,ultrasonic time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate were discussed. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: liquid to solid ratio 35∶1 mL/g,extraction temperature 80 ℃, ultrasonic time 40 min. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the extraction rate of water-soluble polysaccharide from millet was 23.25 %, and the infrared spectrum of the extracted product showed typical infrared spectrum characteristics of polysaccharide, indicating that the extraction method of water-soluble polysaccharide from millet established in this study was feasible.
