摘要
在针对高含水复杂原油采出液的处理中,常规技术存在油水分离效果下降、工艺流程长、系统综合能耗高等问题。本文介绍了高频聚结油水分离技术的工作原理、研究进展及工业化情况,并将其应用效果与原工艺进行了对比分析。实践证明,高频聚结油水分离技术与常规分离器相比,更适用于三采采出液、稠油和中质油的脱水处理,处理稠油时节能率达50%以上,处理中轻质原油节能率约30%。该技术相较于传统脱水方式,具有效率高、占地小、运行成本低、投资低等优势,具有较高的推广应用价值。
In the treatment of complex oilfield fluid with high water cut, the conventional technology has the problems of reduced oil-water separation effect,long process flow and high comprehensive energy consumption. This paper introduces the principle, research progress and industrialization of high frequency electric coalescence oil-water separation technology. Practice has proved that the high-frequency coalescence oil-water separation technology is more suitable for the dehydration treatment than conventional separators. The energy-saving rate in the treatment of heavy oil is more than 50 %, and the energy-saving rate in the treatment of medium and light crude oil is about 30 %. Compared with the traditional dehydration method, this technology has the advantages of high efficiency,small land occupation, low operation cost and investment, and has high popularization and application value.
