摘要
庆大霉素对多种革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌均具有杀菌作用,抗菌谱广。然而,伴随着耳毒性和肾毒性等毒副作用,以及日益严重的耐药性挑战,庆大霉素在临床上的应用受到了严重的制约。近年来,为了避免庆大霉素全身给药方式存在较强的毒副作用,庆大霉素改性成为研究热点。本文对庆大霉素的功能化及应用进行了综述,以期为日益增长的细菌耐药性问题和庆大霉素临床新用途提供解决思路。
Gentamicin has bactericidal effect on a variety of gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and has a broad antibacterial spectrum. However, with the side effects of ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity, and the increasingly serious challenge of drug resistance, the clinical application of gentamicin has been seriously restricted. In recent years, gentamicin modification has become a research hotspot in order to avoid the strong toxic and side effects of gentamicin systemic administration. In this paper, the functionalization and application of gentamicin were reviewed, in order to provide solutions to the growing problem of bacterial resistance and the new clinical use of gentamicin.
