摘要
某钛白粉生产企业新建30万t/a人工金红石制备装置,试生产过程中,装置反应单元负水封罐、在线氧含量分析仪、富钛浆料排出管线、自动化控制方案等出现故障,影响装置的正常运行,本文通过分析故障原因,提出对应的技术改造措施,实现反应单元的正常运行。
A plant of 300,000 t/a synthetic rutile preparation has been built by a company which produce titanium dioxide, negative water sealing vessel, on-line oxygen analyzer,titanium slurry discharging line and automatic control method moved abnormally during trial production of reacting unit. In this paper, problems were analyzed, after taking reforming measures, reacting unit operated normally.
